Dear Advance Family,
As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, my heart is filled with gratitude for each of you. My prayer is that Christ—the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world—would be revealed in ever-increasing measure in your lives, filling you with exceeding joy. Together, I believe we are called to reach more, love more, and grow deeper than ever before.
2025 has been a remarkable year. We've welcomed new faces, grown in unity and fellowship, and taken bold steps of faith—like launching the first phase of the One Mile Project. Your commitment and love shine brightly, and I am deeply motivated by the opportunities before us for further growth in our lives and as a church. We are a vibrant family, full of unique personalities, gifts, and graces from God.
As we look ahead to 2026, I am reminided of the words from Bishop Boone to us: people need to get around you. If more people reached your level, the world would be a better place overnight. That is why, in 2026, our mandate is clear: reaching others and growing stronger together. Our vision for this year is simple and powerful: “Every Member on Mission.”
We envision every member of Advance Church actively reaching out, discipling others, and experiencing new levels of spiritual growth and joy. As you step out, you’ll see God’s promises fulfilled in your life, and joy will overflow as you witness lives transformed. As you grow, you become someone others look up to—a living testimony of God’s goodness and power. As you reach others, your own spiritual life will deepen, bringing you greater fulfillment. Every member on mission, reaching and growing.
By God’s grace, we are committed to providing spaces, resources, and support so that you can thrive in this mission. Here’s what we plan to do over the course of the year, God willing:
Provide Spirit-led, streamlined Sunday services, and Wednesday night prayer
Read through the Bible in a year, weekdays on Clubhouse at 5:30 AM
Complete the One Mile Project
Offer special teachings on sharing faith and discipling new believers
Provide practical tools for praying for and reaching those around you
Host 12 power-packed Sunday evening services addressing real-life issues
Organize holiday outreaches and giveaways to bless the community
Increase excellence in current ongoing ministries
Expand men’s ministry
Promote Leaders Institute to reach more children
As we dedicate ourselves to this vision - every member on mission, I invite you to join those joyous few whom God honors for their faithfulness. Your personal growth will accelerate. You’ll experience the deep satisfaction of living out God’s purpose. You’ll be filled with joy.
