Good day, family!
The ultimate outcome of fasting is that you strengthen your relationship with God. Through the humiliation of the flesh, we foster humility in spirit. So, don’t rely on natural results as a measure of success; instead, focus on what’s happening in your heart as you surrender to God during the fast.
Pray for Personal Revival
There was a song we used to sing when I was a child that said, “Lord, send a revival and let it revival begin in me.” Ask God to touch and strengthen you, igniting a fire in your heart for Him and His purposes.
Pray for Purpose-filled Productivity
The first mandate God gave to man was to be fruitful/productive. He gave him purpose. Like Adam, we are not meant to be productive in what we “could” do; rather, we are called to engage in what we “should” do. Seek God for a specific assignment, and then look for opportunities to serve Him and others and He will empower you.
My prayer for you is that you encounter God in such a profound way that the encounter itself becomes your primary reward. May this lead to your personal revival and purpose-filled productivity.
Let the fire burn.
